We have lived in the Gardenview area for the past 7 years.  It is a very quiet neighborhood with a wide variety of ages living here.  Some may be concerned about the noise from Hwy 30, but honestly, it has never been a concern to us.  We barely notice it.  It seems more like a white noise and not bothersome at all.
